TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Competition Period:

The competition starts on Wednesday, 19th February 2025 and ends on Monday, 31st March 2025 at 11:59 PM AEDT.

2. Eligibility:

  • The competition is open to residents of the ACT aged 18 years and over.

  • To enter, participants must:

  • Follow @audicanberra on Facebook or Instagram.
  • Tag a friend in the comments of any competition post (1 comment = 1 entry) in the comments of the pinned competition post.
  • Employees of Audi Centre Canberra, their immediate family members, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

3. Prize Details:

The winner will receive:

  • 4x tickets to a Canberra Raiders home game of their choice at GIO Stadium.
  • An Audi for an entire weekend (Pick up car after 3pm on Friday and return car before 10am on Monday).

4. Vehicle Prize Terms & Conditions

  • The vehicle is subject to a maximum driving allowance of 400 km for the weekend.
  • All drivers of the vehicle must hold a valid full driver’s licence and sign an indemnity form prior to driving the car.
  • A copy of each driver’s licence will be required before the vehicle is released.
  • The vehicle must remain within the ACT and surrounding areas.
  • The specific vehicle provided will depend on availability and will be discussed upon arranging the date of collection.
  • The vehicle prize must be claimed no later than 31st December 2025.
  • The winner must contact Audi Centre Canberra at least two weeks in advance to organise vehicle collection.

5. General Terms:

  • Neither prize is redeemable for cash or transferable to another individual.
  • The winner will be selected at random and notified via direct message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.
  • Audi Centre Canberra reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the competition process.
  • By entering, participants agree to Audi Centre Canberra using their name and image for promotional purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability:

  • Audi Centre Canberra and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained in connection with the use of the vehicle.
  • The winner must comply with all terms of use related to the vehicle, including insurance requirements.

By entering this competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions. Audi Centre Canberra reserves the right to update these terms at any time if necessary.
